Here are some thoughts on volume 2: books 13-24. It nearly goes without saying that the Iliad is a masterpiece of Epic Poetry. The LOEB Classical Library edition of Homer's Iliad was a delightful read. I very much enjoyed the seemingly archaic rendering of the Greek into|About the Author|William F.
